Jessica Rashay Lunsford, 25, of Lancaster, passed away Thursday, Sept. 8, at Fort Logan Hospital in Stanford. Jessica was born in Stanford, Ky. on Nov. 2, 1990, a daughter of Janet Elaine (Roberts) Shearer and Jason A. Lunsford.

Survivors include her dad, Jason A. Lunsford and his wife Lanetta; mother, Janet Elaine Shearer; sister, Jasmine Paige Ellison; brother, Jayden Andrew Lunsford; step-sisters, Courtney Lamb and Harley Jones; maternal grandmother, Donna Mary and husband Michael Hale; maternal grandfather, Cas Roberts; maternal grandfather, Gary Jasper; nephews, Graven Northern and Cash Lamb; and several uncles, aunts  and cousins also survive.

Jessica was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Melvin and Sue Lunsford.

Pallbearers will be Ryan Montgomery, Sheldon Shafer, Connor Howard, Keeton Lunsford, Michael Hale and Louis Rice.

Honorary pallbearers will be Jayden and Haven Lunsford, Rachel Harris, Jasmine Ellison and Wedell Brown.

Funeral will be noon Tuesday, Sept. 13 at McKnight Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Dan Gutenson officiating. Burial will be in the Crab Orchard Cemetery. Visitation after 5 p.m. Monday, Sept. 12 at McKnight Funeral Home.
