Clayton “Bubba” Honaker

Clayton “Bubba” Basil Honaker, 52, of Danville, passed away Sunday at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville. He was born on Nov. 15, 1963 in Boyle County, Ky. to the late Clayton and Margaret Davis Honaker.

Surviving is a son, Orenthal Spoonamore of Danville; seven sisters, Mary Foster Matherly (Jimmy) of Danville, Barbara Sue Whitfield of Casey County, Nancy Cleo Keith of Danville, Priscilla McCarson of Tennessee, Sylvia Mae Johnson of Tennessee, Anna Louise Hamilton (Michael) of Danville and Carol Reardon (Joe) of Junction City; and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Clayton was preceded in death by two brothers, Melvin and James Honaker; and two sisters, Patricia Honaker and Lona “Marie” Hawes.

Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2016, at Preston Pruitt Spurlin Funeral Home.
