Emily Elizabeth Woolum

Emily Elizabeth Woolum, 26, of Danville, died Sunday, Sept. 25, 2016. Born May 2, 1990, in Boyle County, she was the daughter of Randy and Cindi Woolum. Emily loved her pets, painting, and was a high school and college softball and soccer athlete. She was very artistic and loved to write. She majored in journalism in college. Emily could play almost any instrument and enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, and hiking.

In addition to her parents, Emily is survived by a sister, Amy Woolum; grandparents, Bill and Barbara Woolum and Doug and Edith Pendygraft; aunts and uncles, Todd (Mona) Pendygraft, Mindi (Richard) Kerbaugh, and Kristi (Kendall) Ray; and cousins, Abby and Alexis Kerbaugh and Ben and Will Ray, all of Danville.

The family will have a private service. The visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 29, 2016, at Stith Funeral Home, Junction City. An online guestbook is available at www.stithfuneralhome.net.
