Gander, Miller wedding

Mr. and Mrs. David Gander of Danville announce the recent marriage of their daughter, Dr. Jennifer Carol Gander, to Reverend Christopher James Alan Miller.
Held Aug. 6 at St. Columbia’s Episcopal Church in Georgia, the marriage ceremony and nuptial mass were conducted by Bishop Robert C. Wright, Bishop of Atlanta, and Father Tripp Norris.
The bride was graduated cum laude from Clemson University in South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in biological science. She earned master’s and doctorate degrees in epidemiology from the University of South Carolina.
The groom is the son of Terry and Lisa Miller of South Carolina. Having served four years with the United States Navy, he was graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Coastal Carolina University. He earned a Master’s of Divinity degree from Emory University in Atlanta.
Serving as readers for the ceremony were Jennifer Raulerson, sister of the groom, and Allison Gander, sister of the bride.
The couple resides in Georgia.
