Homecoming revival

HUSTONVILLE — Highway 78 Full Gospel Deliverance Church Hustonville is having a homecoming revival, Oct. 13-16. Scheduled speakers are: 7 p.m., Oct. 13, Brother Billy Bryant;

Oct. 14, 7 p.m., Brother Scott Kilburn; Oct. 15, 7 p.m., Brother Bryan Sawyers; Oct. 16, 11 a.m., sister Andrea Daugherty. There will not be an evening service.

Community service and meals

Old Path Holiness Church, located at 229 Highland Court, Danville, is offering children’s church services every Sunday from 2-3 p.m. with a free community meal from 3-4 p.m.

The Old Path Holiness Church is also now taking reservations for a free community Thanksgiving Day meal to be served at noon on Thanksgiving Day. To make reservations or for more information you may call Karen Noe at (606) 599-6186.

Special anniversary service

HARRODSBURG — The Harrodsburg Cumberland Presbyterian Church will be celebrating it’s 50th anniversary in its current location with special homecoming services on Sunday, Oct. 9. Morning worship will be at 11 a.m. followed by a potluck meal. Special music will begin at 1:30 p.m. with special guests the Chapel Hill Quartet and Made New. Church celebrating Loyalty Month

BONEYVILLE — Bethel A.M.E. Church in Boneyville is celebrating Loyalty Month during October. Youth Day will be Sunday, Oct. 9 with Bro. Robert Lewis from St. Paul A.M.E. Church of Versailles speaking at 3 p.m.

Men’s Day will be Oct. 16. with Rev. Freddie Brown, pastor of State Street Baptist Church in Bowling Green speaking at 3 p.m. Women’s Day will be Oct. 23 with Rev. Robert Morton, pastor of Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Georgetown speaking at 3 p.m.

Rev. Reginald Pullum is pastor of Bethel A.M.E. Church.

STANFORD — Blue Lick Baptist Church will hold revival services Friday and Saturday, Oct. 7 and 8 at 7 p.m. and Sunday, Oct. 9  at 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. Bro. Bill Rhodus will be the guest speaker. Everyone welcome.

Special singing

MOUNT SALEM — Mt. Salem Baptist Church in Lincoln County will be having  a singing at 6:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 9 with the group, Still Voice from Boyle County. Everyone is invited to attended. The church is located on Ky. 198 between McKinney and Middleburg.

Praise Band in Perryville

PERRYVILLE — The Asbury University Praise Band will be bringing the Gospel in song at Perryville United Methodist Church at  11 a.m. on Sunday Oct. 9. Everyone is invited as we glorify the Lord Jesus Christ together.
