Betty Leavell Jackson

Betty Leavell Jackson, 64, of Danville, formerly of Garrard County, died Sunday at the UK Hospital in Lexington, Ky.

Surviving is her husband, Joe; two sons, Keith Leavell (Shelly) of Ohio and Robert Leavell of Lexington; two daughters, Sandy Headley (James) of Lancaster and Betty Mayfield (Charles) of Danville; two brothers, Cecil Leavell (Georgia) of Danville and David Leavell of Lexington; 15 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 8, 2016 at Spurlin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bowman officiating. Burial will be in Duncantown Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. until time of service.
