Trust for Life 5K is planned
The Boyle County Circuit Court Clerk’s second annual Trust for Life 5K walk/run will be Saturday, Oct. 22 at Junction City Elementary School, 250 School St. in Junction City. Registration will be 8-9 a.m. with the race beginning at 9 a.m. You may also register online at www.Active.Com and search for Trust For Life 5K Walk/Run.

BPW to hold banquet
The Heritage Business and Professional Women will celebrate Kentucky Professional Women’s Week with a banquet at 5:30 p.m. Oct. 16 at Inter County Energy in Danville.
The chapter, comprised of business women in Boyle, Lincoln and Garrard counties will honor a business that supports women employees, a Woman of Achievement and a Woman of the Year.
