Boyle County grand jury indicts 15

A Boyle County grand jury indicted the following people on Oct. 20:

• Natasha Bryant, 32, 647 South 23rd St., Louisville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (heroin); and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Casey McCoy with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Mary Caruso, 37, 245 Grafton St., Junction City: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine); and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. McCoy testified.

• Heather Feese, 31, 2351 Dry Fork Road, Windsor: theft by unlawful taking more than $500 but less than $10,000. Bail was set at $5,000. Steven DeBord with the Danville Police Department testified.

• Dustin Fifer, 26, 460 West Grubbs Lane, Junction City: driving with a suspended license (third or greater offense); and second-degree fleeing or evading police. Bail was set at $5,000. Keith Addison with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Dexter Grey, 30, 175 East Main St., Danville, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument allegedly in the amount of $150 drawn against Whitaker Bank. Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.

• Travis Hacker, 37, 289 Turner Ridge, Richmond: theft by unlawful taking more than $500 but less than $10,000. Bail was set at $5,000. Jacob Ruhe with Walmart testified.

• Kristen Hembree, 29, 126 Lausman Ave., Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine); and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000; McCoy testified.

• Eric Miller, 34, 522 Lucas St., Junction City: first-degree possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine); and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Al Isaacs with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Stella Morris, 45, 507 Donald Park Ave., Louisville: first-degree promoting contraband. Bail was set at $5,000. Tracy Nietzel with Northpoint Training Center testified.

• Jenna Oakley, 15, 3332 Old Hustonville Road, Danville: murder; and theft by unlawful taking more than $10,000. Oakley was indicted as an adult. No bond was set. Monty Owens with Kentucky State Police testified.

• Jerry Saunders, 44, 1517 Danville Road Loop 1, Nicholasville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine); and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. McCoy testified.

• Tad Shelton, 30, 6460 Ky. 2141, Hustonville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine); possession of drug paraphernalia; and driving on revoked or suspended license. Bail was set at $5,000. McCoy testified.

• Levi Stocker, 36, 419 McBee Drive, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine); and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Kyle Lyons with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified. Stocker was also indicted for first-degree possession of a controlled substance (oxycodone); driving on suspended or revoked license; and driving without liability insurance. Bail was set at $5,000. Philip Dean with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Matthew Tuggle, 42, 1617 Gilberts Creek Road, Lancaster: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine); and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.

• Amanda Vaught, 36, 7618 East Ky. 70, Yosemite: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (heroin). Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.
