Gallery Hop Stop returns Friday, Nov. 11 

Downtown Danville will feature more than 50 artists at 20 venues exhibiting and selling from 5:30-8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 11. Maps are available at each hop stop location, marked with purple flags. Check back in Accent on Sunday to read more about the event.

Lincoln County Retired Teachers to meet

STANFORD — The Lincoln County Retired Teachers will have their holiday meeting beginning with a holiday meal at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 15 at the Lincoln County Senior Citizens Center. The service project is to bring non-perishable food items for Fort Logan Ministries. 

Garrard Arts Center offers holiday open house 

A holiday open house will be held noon-8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 11 at Garrard Community Arts Center, 117 Richmond St., Lancaster. Various handmade items created by local artists will be for sale in the Arts Center’s newly expanded gallery and gift shop.
