Hubert Ray Brown 

1931-2016

Hubert Ray Brown, 85, passed away Thursday Nov. 10, 2016. He was born in Boyle County, Kentucky on March 1, 1931, a son of the late Forest and Mary May Passmore Brown.

Mr. Brown was a retired carpenter. He loved fishing, family and friends.

Survivors are two sons, Rodney (Melody) Brown, Mark (Sue) Brown; three grandchildren, Tonya (Wayne) Sutton, Chastity Brown, Todd Brown; two great-grandchildren, Matthew and Caleb Sutton; four sisters, Pauline Hale, Evelyn Stokes, Jeannie Young, Virginia Hale; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The funeral service is 2 p.m., Saturday Nov. 12, 2016, at Wilder Funeral Home Perryville with Rev. David Gambrel officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday Nov. 12, 2016, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Todd Brown, Wayne Sutton, Delbert Singleton, Jeff Brown, Randy Hale and Anthony Layer.

Honorary Bearers will be Tonya Sutton, Chasity Brown, Matthew and Caleb Sutton, Paul Bodner, Roland Lynn, Larry Curtis and Johnny Jordan.
