Boyle County grand jury indicts 16

A Boyle County Grand Jury indicted the following people on Nov. 16:
• James Baker, 42, 801 Hillcrest Dr.: second-degree escape. Bail was set at $5,000. Philip Dean with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.
• Larry Brent, 36, 5270 Ky. 328, Eubank: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine); first-degree possession of a controlled substance (heroin); and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $10,000. Donnie Moses with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.
• Eric Cleveland, 31, 535 N. Limestone, Lexington: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (heroin); tampering with physical evidence. Bail was set at $10,000. Adam Wilson with the Danville Police Department testified.
• Broadus Dean, 22, 416 Clinton Springs Ave., Cincinnati, Ohio: first-degree promoting contraband. Bail was set at $5,000. Tracy Nietzel with Northpoint Training Center testified.
• Bradley Elder, 39, 140 Albany Circle, Danville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine); possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $10,000. Moses testified.
• Richard Haight, 30, 4460 Pine Grove Road, Crab Orchard: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (heroin); possession of drug paraphernalia; and driving on a suspended or revoked license. Bail was set at $5,000. Toney Dollins with the Danville Police Department testified.
• Austin Howell, 30, 487 Ashley Dr., Harrodsburg: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine). Bail was set at $20,000. Moses testified.
• Lea Kendrick, 46, 100 South Magnolia St., Harrodsburg: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine). Bail was set at $5,000. Moses testified.
• Katherine Lunsford, 39, 5840 Ky. 2141, Hustonville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine). Bail was set at $5,000. Moses testified.
• Richard Page, 43, 119 Walnut St., Trenton, Illinois: two counts of incest. Bail was set at $40,000. Lisa Dollins with the Danville Police Department testified.
• Amanda Phillips, 37, 52 Zollicoffer Estates, Monticello: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine); and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $10,000. Nathan Brown with the Danville Police Department testified.
• Christopher Phillips, 35, 6672 Ky. 127 South, Hustonville: first-degree wanton endangerment; and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). Bail was set at $10,000. Al Isaacs with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.
• Orlando Simpson, 32, 1000 Plainview Dr., Danville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine); first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (fentanyl); and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. Bail was set at $40,000. Moses testified.
• Earnest Slaven, 47, 560 Dix Dam Road, Harrodsburg: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine). Bail was set at $5,000. Moses testified.
• John Stagg, 65, 431 Sea Biscuit Dr., Danville: theft by unlawful taking $500 or more but less than $10,000. Bail was set at $5,000. Moses testified.
• William Wethington, 52, 363 Trammel Apt. 5, Liberty: first-degree promoting contraband; and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Moses testified.
