Jane Mitchell Rice 

1952-2016

Jane Mitchell Rice, 64, widow of Andy Rice, died Monday, Nov. 21, 2016.

Born Aug. 28, 1952, in Harrodsburg, she was the daughter of Leslie and Letitia Mitchell Rue. Jane was a 1970 graduate of Harrodsburg High School, had been a graphic artist for Minuteman Press and was a member of the Harrodsburg Baptist Church.

Survivors include; two sons, Billy Hargis, Lexington, and Todd (Jill) Hargis, Georgetown; one sister, Tish Rue (Bruce) Rudd, Cadiz; three grandchildren, Jackson, Ella Rue and Caid Hargis.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Monday, Nov. 28, 2016, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, by Billy Brown. Burial will follow in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg.

Visitation will be 11 a.m. until the hour of service on Monday.
