Dale Alan Bodner

1958-2016

Dale Alan Bodner, 58, of Junction City, died Dec. 8, 2016. Born March 7, 1958 in Danville to the late Howard and Bea Anderson Bodner.

Dale volunteered or worked with most of the surrounding area fire departments and EMS, Danville Fire Department, Boyle County Fire Department, Lancaster Fire Department, Lancaster EMS, Garrard County EMS, and Boyle County EMS. He was also the director of the Garrard County Memorial Hospital Caravan.

Dale was predeceased by his parents, his son Jason Bodner, and his stepson Justin Stallard.

Survivors include his wife Belva Hill Bodner of Junction City; his sons, Jeremy Bodner, Travis (Trevor Wesley) Bodner, and Coty (Brittany McQueary) Bodner; a stepson Aaron Stallard; a daughter-in-law, Tracey Bodner; nine grandchildren, Storm (Shelia), Lakan, Paris, Austin, Alexis, Cameron, Chase, Olivia, and Landon; and a great-grandson Noah.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Stith Funeral Home, Junction City. Visitation will be 1-2 p.m. before the service. Burial will be in Junction City Cemetery. www.stithfuneralhome.net.
