Wardie Danny Caudill

1948-2016

Wardie Danny Caudill, 67, of Hustonville passed away Thursday, Dec. 15, 2016.

Born Dec. 30, 1948, he grew up on the farm as the son of the late Mitchell and Neva LeMaster Caudill. Danny loved his family, everything he did he did for them. Danny and Judy served the congregation of the Betsy Layne Church of God for 22 years before they moved to Danville where he became a respected member and Elder of the Danville Church of God. He was loved by all.

He is survived by his wife, Judith Reed Caudill; two daughters, Deanna (Keith) Justice of Hustonville and Stephanie (David) D’Aurio of Perryville; three brothers, Palmer (Doris) Caudill, Jackie (Merle) Caudill and Johnny (Brenda) Caudill; one sister, Wilmarie Eldridge; three grandchildren, Daniel Short, Lilyanna Justice and Alexander Staudenmaier.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Jamie Srivastava and brother, Rodney Caudill.

Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at Danville Church of God, Fourth Street by the Rev. Bryan Montgomery with burial at Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Visitation is 6-9 p.m., Monday at the church. W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. www.wlpruitt.com
