A Garrard County grand jury indicted the following people on Dec. 16:

• Joshua Eversole, 23, 107 New Haven Lane, Somerset; and Haley Hickle, 21, 370 Dripping Springs Road, Crab Orchard: manufacturing methamphetamine; first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine); possession of drug paraphernalia; and possession of marijuana. Bail was set at $20,000 each. James Napier with the Garrard County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Jesse Bramblett, 36, 111 Bryants Camp Road, Lancaster: incest; two counts of third-degree rape; two counts of third-degree sodomy. Bail was set at $50,000. Trooper Kearney with Kentucky State Police testified.
