Hazel Doty

1938-2017

Hazel Doty, 79, of Crab Orchard, Kentucky, passed away Friday, Jan. 20 at the Golden Living Center in Stanford. She was the widow of William Doty. Hazel was born in Harrodsburg, Kentucky on January 6, 1938, a daughter of the late James B. and Vernettie Rita (Peavlen) Camden.

Survivors Include her Son, Rocky Farris and his wife Teresa, and a grandson, R.J. Farris.

In addition to her husband and parents, Hazel was preceded in death by two sons, James C. “Jimmy” Farris and Shane Farris; and two brothers, Sherman and Loraine Camden.

Pallbearers include Sherman Camden II, Brack Camden, Kelly and Shannon Howard, R.J. Farris and Jimmy Irvin

Funeral service will be noon on Tuesday, Jan.24, 2017 at McKnight Funeral Home with Bro. Dan Gutenson officiating.

Place of burial will be in the Lancaster Cemetery. Visitation will be after 5 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 23 at McKnight Funeral Home.
