During construction, the center will be open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday.

Due to this change in disposal options, the Boyle County Department of Solid Waste Management is asking the public to:

• Only come to the Alum Springs Center if it is absolutely necessary.

• If you do stop by the center, drive safely, be patient and listen to the operator’s instructions.

• If at all possible, go to another convenience center, such as Gose Pike or Mitchellsburg.

Gose Pike Convenience Center is at 140 Gose Pike; open 7 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Saturday; (859) 238-1106.

Mitchellsburg Convenience Center is at  4175 Mitchellsburg Road, (859) 332-4918. During Alum Springs convenience center construction, Mitchellsburg hours of operation will be 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Saturday.
