Byrda L. Miracle

1938-2017

Byrda L. Miracle, 78, of Moreland, passed away Monday, April 17, 2017. Born July 30, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Eph and Viola Spears Manuel. Byrda was the widow of Lloyd “Shorty” Miracle.

She is survived by two sons, Jerry (Beverly) Miracle of Texas and Mark (Emily) Miracle of Moreland; two daughters, Kathy (Scott Pugh) Smith of Stanford and Kaye (Melvin) Addington of Hustonville; one sister, Vicky (Steve) Singleton of Stanford; seven grandchildren, Tonya, Toshia, Dana, Craig, Ross, Shelby and Joshua; and nine great-grandchildren, Taylor, Jordan, Miles, Kadin, Kelijah, Cristina, Mauricio, Abagail and Kera.

She was also preceded in death by a grandson, Anthony Holtzclaw and three brothers.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home by Chaplain Brad King with burial in Hustonville Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Melvin Addington, Craig Miracle, Ross Miracle, Josh Smith, Matthew East and Kadin Holtzclaw. Honorary pallbearers are Bobby Damon Miracle, Scott Pugh, Kelijah Holtzclaw and Mauricio Bravo.

Visitation is 6-8 p.m. Thursday. Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
