B.C.D. 3v3 Slam Dunk

About 200 people turned out for the first B.C.D. 3v3 event at Centre College. The event featured a three-on-three basketball tournament, followed by a community conversation and food.

The winners of the 3-on-3 basketball tournament portion of the B.C.D. 3v3 event at Centre College on Saturday were: taking first, Hagen Tyler, Jarrod Harrington, and Micah Satterly of Danville; taking second, Jason Hardin, Gary Smith, James Osborne, and Jacody Tyler of Danville; taking third, Sean Tyree, Patrick Barnes, and Brandon Tyree of Harrodsburg.

Money was donated in their honor to the charity of their choice.

During the conversation piece, Centre College students and community members discussed issues facing the groups, and how to break down the barriers that exist in the Centre, Danville and Boyle County communities.
