James “Redbird” Baugh

1956-2017

James Ralph “Redbird” Baugh, 60, passed away Tuesday, May 23, 2017. He was born in Danville, Kentucky, on September 11, 1956, a son of the late James Harold Baugh and Connie Willene Kidd Baugh.

Jimmy worked in construction as a bricklayer. He enjoyed working on cars, farming and basketball.

In addition to his mother, Connie, he is survived by two sisters, Linda Jeanette Valencia and Donna Jean Raley; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his father, Jimmy was preceded in death by two sons, James Lucas and James Lee Baugh and a grandson, James Austin.

The funeral service will be 1 p.m., Friday, May 26, 2017, at Walden Funeral Home Perryville, with Marvin Lane officiating. Private burial will follow at the Baugh Family Farm. Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m., Thursday, May 25, at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Lorrie, Buddy and Jeremiah Davis and Jennifer, Brandon and Joseph Mattingly.

Honorary pallbearers will be Brittney and Emily Davis and Maria and Rachel Valencia.
