A Mercer County Grand Jury indicted the following people on June 21:

• Dustin Turner, 22, 727 Hildeen Drive, Harrodsburg: first-degree criminal mischief to property; first-degree wanton endangerment when he created a situation that caused substantial danger of death or serious injury to a child; first-degree unlawful imprisonment; fourth-degree assault. Bail was set at $15,000. Chris Booth with the Harrodsburg Police Department testified.

• Carl Isham, 45, 831 Mackville Road, Harrodsburg: first-degree criminal mischief by causing more than $1,000 in damage to Kentucky Utilities property; first-degree wanton endangerment; second-degree assault. Bail was set at $20,000. T.J. Wren with the HPD testified.

• James Steele, 21, 1249 Mackville Road, Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of controlled substance, cocaine; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Ryan Evans with the HPD testified.

• Earl Treadway Jr., 45, 586 Bellows Mill Road, Harrodsburg: receiving stolen property between $500 and $10,000; third-degree burglary. Bail was set at $10,000. T. Godbey with the HPD testified.

• Evan Goodlett, 25, 2410 Lexington Road, Harrodsburg: third-degree burglary by entering unit owned by Ellis Trucking; theft by unlawful taking less than $500. Bail was set at $5,000. Wes Gaddis with the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Joshua Collins, 28, 375 Norman’s Camp Road, Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of controlled substance, methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Casey Rucker with the Burgin Police Department testified.

• Patty Phillips, 58, 58 Hustonville St., Liberty: first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000. Evans testified.

• Matthew Gibbons, 30, 4177 Ky. 840, Wallins Creek: first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000. Chad Baker with the HPD testified.

• Barbara Skidmore, 28, 4177 Ky. 840 Wallins Creek: first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000. Baker testified.

• Stephanie Hall, 35, 510 Ashley Drive, Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000. Chris Perkins with the HPD testified.

• Curtis Jones, 43, 5661 Lexington Road, Lancaster: theft by unlawful taking between $500 and $10,000. Bail was set at $5,000. Scott Elder with the MCSO testified.

• Joseph Hudson, 43, 980 Leestown Road, Midway: theft by failure to make required disposition of property more than $10,000 when he took $10,000 or more for materials and labor for a construction job and failed to provide the materials or service. Bail was set at $10,000. Elder testified.

• Ronald Coffman, 33, 442 Perryville Road, Harrodsburg: possession of controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000. Rucker testified.

• Donnie Davis, 35, 535 Allah Ave., Harrodsburg: flagrant non-support. Bail was set at $5,000, non-refundable. Jennifer Hamlin testified.
