JULY 11

7:59 a.m., a power outage has caused the lights out at intersections along Fourth Street and Hustonville Road; KU notified.

8:07 a.m., traffic control at Third and Walnut streets.

8:19 a.m., there is broken glass and a cinder block where someone either broke in or attempted to break in at Verizon Wireless overnight.

9:59 a.m., eviction at High Street residence where female did not take the dog; animal control notified and enroute; sheriff’s office said the family is not allowed at the apartment per the manager.

10 a.m., two-vehicle accident on South Buell Street.

10:42 a.m., someone is stuck in the elevator at Holiday Inn Express; 10:54 a.m., subject is out of elevator.

12:23 p.m., a garbage truck is on fire at Brookcove Center.

2:13 p.m., someone in a maroon older pickup truck pulled into caller’s driveway in Perryville right after UPS delivered a package; they sped off when they saw the caller.

3:03 p.m., request to check on two female joggers on Lancaster Road due to traffic hazard; they are heading eastbound.

5 p.m., caller is in a nearby parking lot because her husband has damaged property inside the residence; assistance given.

6:47 p.m., officer is attempting to catch a dog at Ky. 2168 and the bypass.

7:12 p.m., physical domestic altercation is in progress at Albany Circle residence; arrest made.

8:56 p.m., possible drug activity in progress on Hillcrest Drive.

8:01 p.m., vehicle stop at Walmart; arrest made.
