Mercer County indictments

HARRODSBURG — The following people were indicted by a Mercer County grand jury on July 12:

Travis Peyton, 36, 3415 Louisville Road, Salvisa: first-degree possession of controlled substance, methamphetamine; driving under the influence of intoxicants; driving on revoked or suspended license. Bail was set at $5,000. Matt Hutti with the Kentucky State Police testified.

William Smith, 26, 532 Mooreland Ave.: first-degree possession of controlled substance, heroin; possession of drug paraphernalia; driving on revoked or suspended license. Bail was set at $5,000. Ryan Evans with the Harrodsburg Police Department testified.

Matthew Raley, 18, 915 Martin Lane: third-degree burglary by unlawfully entering Young’s Park Shelter; second-degree criminal mischief by causing more than $500 damage to Harrodsburg property. Bail was set at $5,000. Aaron Miller with the HPD testified.

Mark Paulley, 53, 10302 Oak Grove Road, Louisville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $10,000. Derek Patterson with the HPD testified.

Michael Conover, 25, 105 Dry Branch Road, Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; public intoxication. Bail was set at $5,000. Evans testified.

Brent Stewart, 37, 266 Johnson Road: receiving stolen property between $500 and $10,000 by possessing items owned by NWK Construction. Bail was set at $5,000. David Patterson with the HPD testified.

Alvis White, 37, 32 Bradford St., Bradford, Massachusetts: flagrant nonsupport. Bail was set at $5,000, nonrefundable. Elizabeth White testified.

Kelsey Hopkins, 18, 228 North East St.: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, fentanyl. Bail was set at $5,000. Evans testified.

Billy Collins, 32, 217 West Factory St.: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000. Evans testified.
