Billy Ray Hendrickson

1974-2017

Billy Ray Hendrickson, 43, of Crab Orchard, passed away Tuesday, July 25th, 2017 at University of Kentucky Hospital.

Billy was born February 16, 1974, in Lexington, Kentucky. He was the son of Noah and Shirley Ann Irvin Hendrickson. He was a member of the Crab Orchard Church of God. Billy was a musician and a very accomplished guitarist. Former bands that he had played with include Brad Alford & Saddletramp, August Christopher Band, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and H-3-O, a band comprised of he and his two younger brothers, John & Steven. Billy also was in the movie, “All or Nothing.”

Survivors include daughter, Breanna Nicole Hendrickson;

parents, Noah and Shirley Hendrickson; two brothers, John Noah and wife Kristi Hendrickson and Steven Brian Hendrickson. A host of aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.

Pallbearers include John and Steven Hendrickson, Donnie and Travis Irvin, Mack Hopkins and Kelly Howard. Honorary pallbearer is Scott Baldwin.

Service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, July 29, 2017 at Crab Orchard Church of God. Ministers: Bro. Donnie Irvin, Bro. Robert Spurlock, Bro. Billy Bryant. Burial will be in Ephesus Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be after 6 p.m. on Friday, July 28th at the Crab Orchard Church of God on Cedar Street.
