The following people were indicted by a Boyle County grand jury on July 20:

• Carl Helton, 36, 1985 Danville Road, Harrodsburg: driving under the influence of intoxicants. Bail was set at $1,000. Patrick McQueen testified.

• Jamie Baker, 44, 8010 Perryville Road, Danville: cultivating more than five marijuana plants; trafficking in more than 5 pounds of marijuana. Bail was set at $15,000. Darren Allen with the Kentucky State Police testified.

• Samantha Blevins, 44, 3459 Ky. 906, Liberty: first-degree possession of controlled substance, methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Adam Wilson with the Danville Police Department testified.

• Jeremiah Brock, 37, 116 East Broadway, Danville: second-degree escape when he failed to return to the Boyle County Detention Center as ordered by the judge. Bail was set at $5,000. Philip Dean with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Brittany Bugg, 30, 112 Dales Ave., Danville: first-degree trafficking in controlled substance, meth; trafficking in controlled substance, heroin; tampering with physical evidence. Bail was set at $20,000. Casey McCoy with the BCSO testified.

• Joseph Burns, 37, 218 West Erskine Drive, Danville: first-degree trafficking in controlled substance, meth; first-degree trafficking in controlled substance, heroin. Bail was set at $15,000. McCoy testified.

• Travis Byerly, 22, 208 Stevenson Ave., Danville: first-degree promoting contraband when he possessed dangerous contraband while incarcerated in the Boyle County Detention Center. Bail was set at $5,000. Michael Clem with the BCDC testified.

• Stewart Christison, 50, 1020 East Main St.: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, oxycodone. Bail was set at $10,000. McCoy testified.

• Jody Cooper, 31, 217 Alta Ave.: first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth; two counts second-degree wanton endangerment when he created a serious danger or physical injury by possessing a controlled substance the presence of a child. Bail was set at $5,000. McCoy testified.

• Anna Cummins, 43, 144 Albany Circle, Danville: first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth; tampering with physical evidence. Bail was set at $10,000. McCoy testified.

• William Derousse, 27, 239 Wilderness Road, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, fentanyl; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Joseph Hughes with the DPD testified.

• Bryan Douglas, 32, 4103 Glenellen Court, Mishawaka, Indiana: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000. McCoy testified.

• Jarod Douglas, 25, 25 Fitzgerald Road, Junction City: first-degree trafficking in controlled substance, meth; first-degree wanton endangerment when he created a serious danger by trafficking in a controlled substance in the presence of a child or another person did so in complicity with the defendant to commit this crime; possession of drug paraphernalia. • William Ford, 29, 820 East Main St., Danville: first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Tyler Morris with the KSP testified.

• Jeffery Galloway, 33, 80 Bellview St., Junction City: first-degree possession of controlled substance, heroin; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. McCoy testified.

• Jessica Guinn, 24, 873 Crawford Lane, Stanford: second-degree escape by failure to return to the BCDC as ordered by the judge. Bail was set at $5,000. Dean testified.

• William Hargis, 19, 130 Ashley Way, Danville: trafficking in marijuana between 8 ounces and 5 pounds. Bail was set at $5,000. McCoy testified.

• Brittany Hoskins, 26, 89 Miller Ave., Lancaster: second-degree escape, when she failed to return to the BCDC as ordered by the judge. Bail was set at $5,000. Dean testified.

• Amy Lanham, 37, 246 North Proctor Knott Ave., Lebanon: first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia; receiving stolen property less than $500 by possessing items from Walmart knowing them to be stolen. Bail was set at $5,000. McCoy testified.

• Adrian Lawless, 25, 130 Pawpaw Creek Road, Liberty: first-degree promoting contraband by taking it into the BCDC; second-degree escape when he failed to return to the BCDC as ordered by a judge. Bail was set at $5,000 for each charge. Dean testified.

• Eric Miller, 35, 522 South Lucas St., Junction City: first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. McCoy testified.

• Brandon Noland, 33, 109 Crosshill Drive, Stanford: first-degree trafficking in controlled substance, meth; first-degree trafficking in controlled substance, heroin. Bail was set at $20,000. Dean testified.

• Logan Pinkston, 23, 200 Longview St., Harrodsburg: third-degree assault of corrections officer when he spit on the officer. Bail was set at $5,000. Clem testified.

• Phillip Price Jr., 25, 8037 Ky. 150 East, Stanford: first-degree promoting contraband when he introduced dangerous contraband into the BCDC. Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.

• Matthew Sapp, 34, 422 Perkins Ave., Danville: DUI fourth or more offense; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; driving on a suspended or revoked license. Bail was set at $10,000. Joshua Owens with the DPD testified.

• Travis Settles, 41, 221 North College St., Harrodsburg: second-degree escape when he failed to return to the BCDC as ordered by a judge. Bail was set at $5,000. Dean testified.

• Dehesha Wiser, 27, 25 Fitzgerald Road, Junction City: first-degree trafficking in controlled substance, meth; first-degree wanton endangerment when she created a serious danger by trafficking in a controlled substance in the presence of a child; possession of drug paraphernalia.
