Opal K. Rice

1931-2017

Opal K. Rice, 86, of Hustonville passed away Thursday, August 3, 2017. Born July 27, 1931, she was the daughter of the late James N. and Mary Sutphin Peters. She was a member of Moreland First Baptist Church. Opal was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Rice and daughter, Debbie Rice.

She is survived by her three sons: Ross Rice of Hustonville; Steve (Claudia) Rice of Germany and Terry Rice of Texas; three grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

Services are at 1 pm, Tuesday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home by Bro. James Harley with burial in Moreland Cemetery. Visitation is 11AM-1PM, Tuesday. Pallbearers are Ross Rice, Steve Rice, Drew Rice, Ricky Rice and John Shtofman. Guestbook is available at www.wlpruitt.com
