Boyle County Board of Education special called meeting— 6:35 p.m. today (Thursday) at the Boyle County High School library. Working session includes: project timeline, discuss tax rates and discuss financial manual. Action items on the agenda include: consider increasing nurse position; consider accepting or awarding local bids for school-related supplies; consider approving Boyle County School District financial manual; consider extending school day for one hour on Monday, Aug. 21.
