Items on the agenda include: approval of A&E Contract Services; approval of changes to the ACOP; approval for executive director to SERC-NAHRO committee meeting; approval for travel to PHADA Commissioners Conference. MORELAND — Allen Chapel A.M.E. Church, Moreland, will have its annual homecoming on Sunday, Aug. 13. The 3 p.m. speaker and guests will be Rev. Kenneth Golphin and members of the Quinn Chapel A.M.E. Church of Lexington. Dinner will be served at 1:30 p.m.
