Every U-Haul truck placed in a community helps keep 19 personally owned large-capacity vehicles, pickups, SUVs and vans off the road. Fewer vehicles means less traffic congestion, less pollution, less fuel burned and cleaner air.

Precision Welding and Auto Repair is a great place to become U-Haul Famous®. Take your picture in front of a U-Haul product, send it in and your face could land on the side of a U-Haul truck. New troopers graduate

FRANKFORT — The Kentucky State Police Academy presented diplomas to 41 new troopers at ceremonies held in Frankfort recently. Their addition to the force brings the agency’s strength to a total of 866 troopers serving the citizens of the Commonwealth.

New troopers from this area who have been assigned to Post 7 are: Toney R. Dollins, Jr., of Crab Orchard; and Jacob R. Shepherd, of Lancaster.

KSP Commissioner Rick Sanders said the addition of these newly-graduated troopers will help with the current strength, but does not come close to resolving the agency’s shortage of personnel.
