Alma Pearl Wilson Rothwell

1935-2017

Alma Pearl Wilson Rothwell, 81 of Moreland passed away Friday, August 25, 2017.

Born December 12, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Martin and Eva Wilson. She was a member of Harris Creek Baptist Church.

Alma is survived by her husband of 43 years, Kenneth W. Rothwell; son, Gary Wayne Rothwell of Moreland; two brothers, Jesse (Ella Mae) Wilson of Forkland and Alfred (Minnie) Wilson of Danville; one sister, Ann Senn of Florida; and three grandchildren: Jayde, Dakota and Beth Rothwell.

She was preceded in death by three brothers: Jim, Raymond and Bobby Wilson and three sisters: Eula Milam, Betty Naylor and Mary Naylor.

Services will be at 2 pm, Tuesday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home by Bro. Stacy Wilson. Burial will be in Hustonville Cemetery. Pallbearers are Gary E. Rothwell, Gary W. Rothwell, Randall Wilson, Danny Naylor, Terry Wilson and Lonnie Wayne Wilson.

Visitation is 5-8 pm, Monday at the funeral home.

The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff of DCI of Danville and to Dr. Jim Duncan, Dr. Dan Moran and Dr. Boutros Sawaya for their years of dedication in caring for Alma.
