Grace Aleene Blanton

1925-2017

Grace Aleene (Frazier) Blanton, 92, of Clevland, Ohio formerly of Stanford passed away Saturday, September 2, 2017 at the Bradley Bay Health Center. Grace was the wife of the late Letcher Blanton. She was born March 25, 1925, in Crab Orchard to the late John and Maggie (Anderson) Frazier. Grace was a member of the Stanford Baptist Church for over 30 years.

Survivors Include her daughter, Phyllis Goldbach of Clevland, Ohio; sister, Irene Adams of Brodhead, Kentucky; sister, Viola Itchue of Detroit, Michigan; brother, William “Bill” Frazier and his wife Betty of Stanford, Kentucky; 2 grandsons, Tom Blanton of Laporte, Indiana and Justin Goldbach of New York City; 2 great-grandchildren: Alexa and Maverick of Indiana.

In addition to her parents, Grace was preceded in death by her son, Wayne Blanton; brothers, Elmer and Richard Frazier; and sisters, Beulah Grant, Elisie Dishon and Ann Bell.

Funeral service 3 PM Saturday, September 9th at Stanford Baptist Church with public visitation beginning at 2 PM on Saturday at the Church. Burial will be in the Ephesus Baptist Church Cemetery.
