SEPT. 1

1:35 a.m., officer checking on the welfare of an elderly man walking toward Perryville.

6:01 a.m., caller is asking an officer check on the welfare of a male who is not wearing a shirt and wrapped in a blanket knocked on caller’s front door on Perryville and asked for directions to Danville.

7:14 a.m., officer checking on the welfare of a shirtless male wearing a hospital bracelet; he was dropped off on Robertson Lane where he said he would wait for his family member.

7:47 a.m., single-vehicle non-injury accident on Wilderness Road where a vehicle struck a utility pole.

8:32 a.m., a male has kicked in the door to the residence on Robertson Lane and they do not want him there.

8:48 a.m., report of a theft of an impact from construction site on Garland Drive.

10:33 a.m., a 26-year-old male is unresponsive at Kroger.

10:42 a.m. a male is under the influence at Shepard’s House; he has taken a large amount of medication; EMS is requested.

1:03 p.m., two dogs are in cages in the back of a pickup truck parked at Walmart; animal control contacted; 1:46 p.m., animal control is taking the dogs.

2:48 p.m., a patient has left the hospital with an IV still in.

5:46 p.m., subject with a gun has threatened caller’s brother at Holladay Drive.

6:26 p.m., a dog is chained up in the mud at Mason and Monroe avenues; animal control contacted.

7:52 p.m., extra patrol is requested around Subway on North Fourth Street; a suspicious male wearing a top hat has been walking through the parking lot several times today.

9:25 p.m., head-on collision occurred on the bypass near the fairgrounds.

11:59 p.m., EMS called for a 7-year-old child with a blister on the hand; assistance given.

SEPTEMBER 2

12:55 a.m., vehicle stop on Main Street at Williams Court; arrest made.

1:47 a.m., a male with no shirt is on the side of Mitchellsburg Road with his arms up in the air; unable to locate.

2:14 a.m., an intoxicated male has left the Waterworks Road residence on foot and now the caller doesn’t know where he is; assistance given.

2:48 a.m., Centre College security has found a police hat in the middle of Walnut Street.

6:07 a.m., caller’s boyfriend has jumped out of the car; she was taking him to the hospital to seek treatment due to him being suicidal; unable to locate suspect.

12:23 p.m., a physical altercation just occurred at Heritage Apartments.

2:20 p.m., a female in her mid 50s in a tan car parked near the ATM at PNC Bank on South Fourth Street was seen about an hour ago slumped over the wheel; she is currently alert but has been there more than an hour; unable to locate suspect.

3:43 p.m., caller on Broadway believes he heard an intruder upstairs; he has armed himself with a golf club and there are swords upstairs; someone else is watching the back back door.

3:45 pm., caller is requesting to speak to an officer in reference to tax fraud and the employer taking employee’s personal information for no reason; caller says that the owner is also discriminating against him.

5:07 p.m., vehicle stop on U.S. 127; arrest made.

7:32 p.m., vehicle stop at Hustonville Road and Mason Avenue; arrest made.

10:03 p.m., vehicle stop on Hustonville Road; arrest made.

11:09 p.m., extra patrol is requested in Streamland due to juveniles in an SUV who are disturbing the neighborhood.

11:27 p.m., a male teenager with shirt pulled over his head is asking for food on Boone Trail; unable to locate.

11:32 p.m., caller’s 26-year-old daughter has locked herself in the bathroom and is suicidal.

SEPTEMBER 3

12:22 a.m., two males in a truck parked at Walmart are talking loudly about breaking into a house.

1:04 a.m., possible injury accident on U.S. 68 near Perryville where a vehicle has gone through a fence; driver side he would fix the owner’s fence.

8:47 a.m., school bus on Kentucky School for the Deaf campus has the emergency doors open and caller believes it may have been broken into; officer said the bus is near the old helipad; key holder has been contacted due to the bus being used as a shelter overnight; extra patrol requested.

11:50 a.m., an intoxicated male is on West Lexington Avenue; arrest made.

12:18 p.m., a juvenile male has threatened the caller with a hatchet; 1:07 p.m., contact with on-call social services; 6:43 p.m., both parties were hugging when caller left and he will be doing a welfare check tomorrow.

5:08 p.m., caller sees a kitchen knife on the ground at Second and North streets.

6:11 p.m., officer in a vehicle pursuit outbound on Lancaster Road; 6:12 pm., crossing Little Dixie at about 97 mph; units have lost sight of vehicle which is a black 4-door car.

6:27 p.m., a gray station wagon is  approaching the hospital and has been running stop lights and stop signs; driver almost struck people while they were walking; driver has parked on Martin Luther King Blvd. and ran up the sidewalk; unable to locate suspect.

6:35 p.m., eight to 10 people are trying to jump off Chenault Bridge.

6:55 p.m., caller is requesting to speak to an officer due to verbal threats on his voicemail; caller seems to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

7:16 p.m., a sprinkler head has been broken at Tractor Supply and there is a lot of water.

8:05 p.m., a suicidal female has taken several pills and there area several guns and a child in the home.

9:19 p.m., complaint of fireworks going off near property on Kings Mill Road.

9:19 p.m., a male and female are in a physical altercation at the residence; male is under the influence of drugs or narcotics; unknown if they are armed; officer advises that the female is going to stay somewhere else overnight; extra patrol requested.

10:10 p.m., caller heard shots fired in the Walker Court area and it sounded like shots have hit the building.

10:15 p.m., caller from Holladay Drive is requesting to speak to an officer due to his nephew breaking into his house

SEPTEMBER 4

12:05 a.m., a male and female physical domestic altercation just occurred; trouble settled.

12:25 a.m, an intoxicated male said someone was at his house earlier on South Second Street; male stated he just spoke to officers and someone was going to beat him up; trouble settled.

1:13 a.m., a male is walking around the Marie Avenue neighborhood cursing and threatening law enforcement.

3:53 a.m., caller wants to talk to an officer about her ex-boyfriend harassing her at her residence at Meadowrun Apartments; 4:15 a.m., the male also called to report drugs in the apartment; assistance given.

7:54 a.m., caller from East Main Street wants to speak to an officer about legal options on having someone removed from the property.

8:35 a.m., a female in a red car spat on a McDonald’s employee on Thoroughbred Drive; she left heading south on the bypass.

11:55 a.m., caller from East Broadway said she has not heard from her husband since yesterday; sheriff’s office checking on farm where he was working yesterday; his cell phone shows behind church in Garrard County.

3:58 p.m., caller received a call from a juvenile advising that his mother had passed out; caller now advising the child was playing a joke; 4:15 p.m., EMS will continue to the residence to make sure everything is OK.

4:19 p.m., there is a snake in the Walmart parking lot.

5:29 p.m., vehicle stop on Alum Springs Road; arrest made.

6:51 p.m., there is a dispute between a McDonald’s employee and another individual over a phone the employee some them.

7:26 p.m., a physical altercation just occurred in the Speedway parking lot; subject in a white car went north on Fifth Street.

8:27 p.m., a domestic altercation is in progress on Holladay Drive.

8:48 p.m., a middle-aged man is showing inappropriate behavior toward young female students at East Main Street business.

8:54 p.m., vehicle stop on Hustonville Road; arrest made.

9 p.m., male has stated his ex-wife is sending people to kill him; caller located in Garrard County; call referred to other agency.

9:12 p.m., injury accident on Battlefield Road where a car is over an embankment; this is a Mercer County address.

9:41 p.m., there is an old truck and a vehicle parked behind Peckerwood Grocery store in Junction City; occupants may be involved in a drug transaction; gone upon officer’s arrival.

9:56 p.m., caller said he was dumpster diving behind Sleep Outfitters and has located an open back door to one of the businesses.
