Police blotter from Sept. 8, 9, 10

SEPTEMBER 8

12:06 a.m., a male and female are arguing in an upstairs apartment and a child is present; upon officer’s arrival, the male had left and female said it was only verbal and refused any assistance.

12:23 a.m., officer checking on a room at motel in Harrodsburg; arrest made.

1:23 a.m., complaint of loud music coming from several vehicles and revving engines on Hickory Lane.

7:33 a.m., vehicle accident at Lexington Avenue and McMillian Street; 7:45 a.m., extracation complete.

11:09 a.m., report of criminal mischief to a vehicle at Patrician Place.

2:46 p.m., caller is requesting an officer check on an employee who hasn’t shown to work for seven days.

3:36 p.m., there is a gas smell at PNC Bank on South Fourth Street; 4:02 p.m., ATMOS is on scene.

4:16 p.m., there is a verbal altercation on Madison Avenue over a neighbor draining a pool and it’s running into the caller’s yard; additional call to code enforcement; there is no code violations draining the pool.

4:21 p.m., officer picking up an illegal substance that was brought into the hospital by a patient.

6:46 p.m., vehicle stop near Walmart; arrest made.

7:10 p.m., two males and a female have been fighting off and on at Hickory Lane residence, but they act like they are going to leave in a car.

7:22 p.m., report of criminal mischief to vehicles on Bold Venture.

7:30 p.m., caller is reporting that a tan flatbed truck traveling on U.S. 127 south has a dog riding on the truck’s roof.

7:50 p.m., caller is requesting an officer check on the welfare of a dog tied to a tree in a yard on Wet Mason Avenue that has been helping for several days; 7:56 p.m., animal control en route.

8:11 p.m., report of a theft of a gray car from Walmart parking lot.

9:05 p.m., report of lost or stolen wallet at Wilderness Trace Distillery.

10:37 p.m., vehicle stop at Triangle Mart; arrest made.

SEPTEMBER 9

12:30 a.m., there are several people walking in the road wearing dark clothes near the humane society.

12:51 a.m., neighbor on East Shelby Street is playing music too loud; trouble settled.

1:11 a.m., possible assault in progress inside a vehicle at Five Star; arrest made.

4:07 a.m., an ongoing party upstairs at the Goodall Apartments has kept the caller awake all night.

7:24 a.m., a vehicle has hit a deer on Old Springfield Road near Perryville.

7:51 a.m., caller is attempting to get through race traffic on Second Street.

8:02 a.m., a male and female in a gray car near Heritage Apartments on Lexington Avenue are armed with a machete; unable to locate.

8:12 a.m., an injured deer is on the side of Stanford Road near Major’s Floor Covering; officer had to put the deer down with one shot; Kentucky State Police notified in reference to the deer being sick not injured.

12:06 p.m., black smoke is coming from second story window on Citation Drive; 12:20 p.m., fire extinguished; 12:58 p.m., lead investigator contacted.

12:15 p.m., neighbor’s dog has attacked the caller’s dog on Sheridan Street in Perryville; animal control contacted.

1:12 p.m., traffic issues at the bypass and Lebanon Road due to the BBQ Festival; additional caller reported a black truck crossed the road and sped in the emergency lane on the opposite side; officer has attempted to contact Wilderness Trace Distillery.

3:58 p.m., a silver car traveling on Lancaster Road is swerving into on coming traffic.

4:26 p.m., possible drug activity at Fitzgerald Road residence and subjects are refusing to leave; female advised KSP had been contacted but they never showed up; KSP contacted and trooper is en route to handle the call.

6:02 p.m., two-vehicle possible injury accident on Hustonville Road.

6:02 p.m., two-vehicle possible injury accident on Denmark Drive.

6:17 p.m., vehicle stop on Shelby Street; arrest made.

6:20 a.m., a verbal domestic altercation just occurred at residence; female has fallen and hit her head.

6:37 p.m., three cattle are in the road on Craintown Road; owner notified.

7:18 p.m., caller from Latimer Heights has been harassed and threatened by a neighbor.

7:38 p.m., there is a verbal altercation at Dollar General Store on East Main Street where two people have stayed in the store and three or four more have gone into the parking lot; arrest made.

7:42 p.m., there is a landlord/tenant dispute where on Lexington Road where the landlord is in the barn and has turned off the electric and air conditioner.

9:22 p.m., officer investigating narcotic activity on Centre Estates Drive.

10:49 p.m., assistance given at Hinkles Trailer Park due to harassment.

SEPTEMBER 10

12:21 a.m., Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office is in pursuit of a green car on Frog Branch Road.

12:38 a.m, caller needs to retrieve his vehicle from his ex-girlfriend’s house and wants to know his options.

1:09 a.m., officer out with four or five juveniles walking on Minor Road.

3:25 a.m., alarm showing motion at Ferguson Enterprise Inc.; assistance given and conferenced in reference to fence damage.

4:07 a.m., report of a stolen red pickup truck from Garrard County last seen about 10 p.m., truck has a busted windshield and a screw driver in the ignition.

4:44 a.m., caller from Barbee Way believes someone is trying to break into the house.

4:57 p.m., officer out with three juveniles at Lexington Avenue and Cecillian.

9:21 a.m., officer out with two dogs running loose on North Second Street; animal control is requested.

11:31 a.m., vehicle stop on Henry Street in Junction City; officer with a subject who was assaulted earlier today at Herrington Lake.

2:07 a.m, a large cow on Minor Road is heading toward the BBQ Festival; unable to locate.

2:16 p.m., possible drug activity in progress at the intersection; caller stated that vehicles meet in that area at all hours of the day and night; extra patrol is requested.

2:29 p.m., male was last seen on Scrubgrass Road and may be in possession of drugs; caller advised the male may have assaulted a female in the area; unable to locate subject.

2:33 p.m., a vehicle has struck a bicyclist on Ben-Ali Drive; Air Evac contacted; 4:58 p.m., conference call requested with the mother of he injured bicylist.

3:48 p.m., report of a theft of a phone at Huddle House; female suspect left in a white SUV; suspect contacted and said she was going to bring the phone back in the next 30 minutes.

3:52 p.m., landlord/tenant dispute on Harrodsburg Road.

5:05 p.m., possible drug transaction on the Chenault Bridge.

7:27 p.m., a male and female claiming to be homeless was on East Main Street property without permission; both subjects were armed with pistols; unable to locate subjects.

9:39 p.m., an intoxicated male is causing a disturbance and threatening the caller on Nichols Terrace.

10 p.m., possible burglary in progress at West Walnut Street business.

10:14 p.m., vehicle stop at Dollar General Store on Main Street; arrest made.

10:34 p.m., a 17-year-old female is damaging property and is in a verbal altercation with her mother.

10:58 p.m., a female is at the sheriff’s office needed an emergency protective order.
