Senior Health 101

Senior Health 101 —10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 18 at McDowell Place. As health needs change with age, one thing remains the same. Healthy living is the best way to avoid disease, prolong life, and live happier. Dr. Brian Ellis will discuss common health concerns that affect seniors and steps you can take now to help preserve good health well into the golden years.
