The following people were indicted by a Mercer County grand jury on Oct. 11:

Joshua Harris, 36, 3629 Social Band Road, Campbellsville: first-degree fleeing or evading police; seven counts first-degree wanton endangerment; second-degree fleeing or evading police on foot; driving without insurance. Bail was set at $20,000. Jacob Guffey with the Kentucky State Police testified.

Jimmy Richardson, 27, 310 South Magnolia St., Harrodsburg: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, fentanyl; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth; fraudulent use of identity card for benefits; driving under the influence of intoxicants second offense. Bail was set at $15,000. Chris Perkins with the Harrodsburg Police Department testified.

Jeremy Coy, 38, 537 Cane Run Road, Harrodsburg: theft by unlawful taking between $500 and $10,000 by taking property from Yates Auto Sales; second-degree criminal trespassing. Bail was set at $5,000. Richard Reilly with the HPD testified.

Derrick Drury, 50, 359 Central Pike, Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Scott Elder with Mercer County Sheriff’s office testified.

Clayton Brown, 29, 111 Prosperous Way, Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Brian Allen with the HPD testified.

Robin Huffman, 54, 445 Beaumont Ave., Harrodsburg: first-degree burglary when he unlawfully entered a home and armed himself in flight from the scene; theft by unlawful taking between $10,000 and $1,000,000. Bail was set at $30,000. David Patterson with the HPD testified.

Angela Garcia, 44, 596 Belmont St., Harrodsburg: first-degree trafficking a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Allen testified.

Scott Robbins, 36, 775 Stoner St., Harrodsburg: failure to comply with sex offender registry. Bail was set at $5,000. Elder testified.

Jacob Drury, 24, 751 Hildeen Drive, Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of controlled substance, oxycodone. Bail was set at $5,000. Allen testified.

Martaevio Buster, 32, 800 East Muhammad Ali Blvd., Louisville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000. Allen testified.

Jamaal Pickens, 28, 115 Rowan Road, Versailles: flagrant nonsupport. Bail was set at $5,000 non-refundable. Ishia Chenault testified.

Deanna Waldridge, 33, 596 Canaan Land Road, Harrodsburg: making false statement or misrepresenting to receive benefits more than $100 when she failed to report change in factors affecting eligibility to receive public assistance. Bail was set at $5,000. Steve Davis with the Office of Inspector General testified.

Sommer Hill, 40, 530 Curdsville Road, Harrodsburg: tampering with physical evidence. Bail was set at $5,000. Patterson testified.

Zachary White, 42, 168 Ashbrooke Lane, Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000. Patterson testified.

Jamie Williams, 32, Stanford: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, heroin. Bail was set at $5,000. Patterson testified.
