The Great American Brass Band Festival has announced the recent move of its office to the historic Third Street Methodist Church building in downtown Danville. The Great American Brass Band Festival office is located on the second floor in suite 209 and joins several other businesses in this large historic building.

“The Third Street Methodist Church is a beautiful building and the perfect place for our office. As a historic downtown building, it reflects our own mission of preservation, plus there is ample space for our board to meet and volunteers to work during the Festival,” said Robin Cooper, executive director.

The new GABBF office address is 117 S. Third St., Suite 209, Danville, KY 40422.

The mailing address remains as P.O. Box 429, Danville, KY 40423.

The Great American Brass Band Festival celebrates brass music and is in its 29th year. The festival is held every June in downtown Danville and on the campus of Centre College. The festival is a free, family-friendly, four-day event. Bands come from all over the United States and Europe. The 2018 festival will be May 31-June 3.
