Greg Caudill re-elected to Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati

Greg Caudill, Chief Executive Officer, of Farmers National Bank, Danville, has been re-elected to the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati Board of Directors. The Board ratified the election results at its September meeting. He will be serving a four-year term commencing January 1, 2018 and ending December 31, 2021.

The Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati is part of the Federal Home Loan Bank System created by Congress in 1932.  It is a national network of 11 Federal Home Loan Banks and more than 8,000 member financial institutions. Each of the District Banks is an independently managed cooperative with its own board of directors.  The board is comprised of 18 members, 10 of whom are elected by their peers, including 2 from Kentucky.  One hundred fifty-five banks across Kentucky participated in this election.

Lynn receives KSP IT award

Danville resident Charles W. Lynn, Sr. received a Computer Technology Technical Support Award from Kentucky State Police Commissioner Rick Sanders (left) and John Grate, deputy secretary of the Justice and Public Safety Cabinet (right) on Oct.13 in Lexington. A four-year KSP veteran, Lynn is a Systems Consultant IT in the KSP Communications & Computer Technology Branch in Frankfort.

Talisa Lay named branch manager at Farmers National Bank’s New Garland Drive location  

Talisa Lay, Assistant Vice President, has been named the Branch Manager for the new Farmers National Bank Garland Drive banking center.

A 14-year team member at Farmers National Bank, Lay will lead the newly opened branch located at the corner of the South Danville Bypass and Hustonville Road. The Garland Drive location will offer an innovative in-branch design to provide customers with a personal, one-on-one experience. Garland Drive will also have extended drive-thru hours of operation (8 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Friday; and 9 a.m.-2 p.m. on Saturdays) through Teller on Demand, the first technology of its kind in Danville. Through an ATM-like machine, customers can speak to a live Farmers National Bank teller through video technology.

Lay, who attended the Kentucky Bankers Association’s Banking School, was formerly the Branch Manager at the Farmers National Bank’s Burgin location. She has served as a volunteer for the Heart of Kentucky United Way and Big Brothers/Big Sisters of the Bluegrass.
