Edna B. Miller

1923-2017

Edna B. Miller, 94, of Danville, passed away Tuesday, October 24, 2017 in Danville. She was born on July 15, 1923 in Garrard County to the late Luther and Ollie Lair Bolin. Edna was preceded in death by her husband, Carl D. Miller. 

She was a homemaker and a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She taught Sunday School for over 15 years at Pioneer Baptist when Edna and Carl lived in Harrodsburg. 

Surviving are a brother, Ralph Bennett Bolin of Missouri; a sister, Betty Lou Bolin Dean of Lancaster; a special niece, Wanda Stratton of Lancaster, and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, six brothers, and five sisters. 

Graveside services will be 1 PM Thursday, October 26, 2017 at Springhill Cemetery in Harrodsburg, Kentucky. Visitation will be from 10:30 am-12:30 pm Thursday at Preston Pruitt Spurlin Funeral Home. www.prestonpruitt.com
