Elizabeth Brantley and Andrew Lau were united in marriage on Saturday, July 15 in Cincinnati, Ohio with Christopher Brantley officiating.The couple married on Oct. 30,1992 in Sevier County, Tenn.
Together they have two children, David and Michael McChesney of Danville and Peter also has a daughter, Rachel McChesney (Frank Revello) of Pinellas Park, Fla.

The Gladys Project, an early childhood learning program, received a grant in September from MAZDA for $500. Those present for the check presentation were Robert Cunningham, community manager at Stuart Powell Ford Mazda; Jessika Turner, executive director; Susie Allen, board president; and Katy Bramel, vice president.

The first place winner of the American Legion Post 18 Rifle Raffle was Daniel Hurd, of Williamsburg.
