Danville Police are investigating a three-car collision that happened on Hustonville Road Tuesday. 

At 11:31 a.m., Danville PD and Fire Departments responded to an injury accident near B&E Furniture. Police were not able to specify the exact cause of the collision, and only say that James Kelly, 70, was driving a Chrysler Sebring, Delvano Collins was driving a box truck and a third vehicle was involved that was parked in the lot. 

Police say the Sebring was knocked into the third vehicle, causing Kelly to be transported to Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center with unknown injuries. 

Collins suffered no apparent injuries. 

Officers Brett Simpson and Brandon Klein are investigating and ask that any witnesses to the collision call (859)-238-1220 and ask for one of them.
