Patricia Franks Hendren

1938-2017

Patricia Franks Hendren, 78, died, Sunday, November 5, 2017. She was born in Harlan, Kentucky on November 19, 1938 to the late Loyd and Hazel Kelley Franks. 

Patricia was a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University where she studied education. She was a retired School Teacher with the Harrodsburg School District. 

In addition to her parents, Patricia was predeceased by two brothers, Darrell and Bob Franks. She is survived by two sons, Kevin Hendren of Atlanta, Georgia, Kelly (Wendi) Hendren of Georgetown, Kentucky; four brothers, Jim (Elsie) Franks, Ray (Wanda) Franks, Joel Franks all of Harlan, Kentucky, Harold Franks of Birmingham, Alabama; two sisters, Betty (Buck) Burkhart, Cuba Craig both of Harlan, Kentucky; three grandchildren, Autumn Fugate, Sam Fugate, and Allie Fugate. 

There will be a visitation 4pm-8pm, Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at Stith Funeral Home in Danville. The funeral service will be at 1 p.m., with visitation 12pm-1pm, Thursday, November 9, 2017 at Anderson-Laws Jones Funeral Home, 114 S. Third Street, Harlan, Kentucky.
