Jeremy Reid Cook

Jeremy Reid Cook, 39, of Stanford, KY passed away on Monday, January 1, 2018 in Cincinnati, OH. Born in Whitesburg, KY to Jerry and Diane Cook of Thornton, KY, he worked as a physical therapy assistant at Signature Healthcare in Brodhead and Danville for 16 years. He was an avid golfer who loved spending time with his wife and sons. He is survived by his wife of 7 years; Bridgete Cook, two sons; Bentley Cook and Brooks Cook, one brother; Justin Cook (Morgan) of Deane, KY, one grandmother; Gyrtle Cook of Whitesburg, KY, one niece; Cali Cook and a special cousin; Kayleigh England. He was preceded in death by three grandparents, Hatler Holbrook, Mavis Holbrook, and James Cook. 

A one day service has been scheduled for Saturday, January 6, 2018 at Grace Fellowship Church in Stanford, KY. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with a funeral service beginning at 1 p.m. with Rev. Jeffrey “Jabo” Miles, Rodney Kelly, and Nick Bastin officiating. A private family internment will be held at a later date.
