Homer Langdon

1947-2018

Homer Langdon, of Hustonville, passed away on March 18, 2018. He was 70. 

Born on June 19, 1947, in Confluence, Kentucky, a son of the late Potter Langdon and Laura Robinson. He retired from National Starch and Chemical. Homer was a Vietnam veteran with a Silver Star. He was an avid fisherman. 

Survived by his wife, Sally J. Lucas Langdon; two sons, Mark Langdon and Darren (Catherine) Langdon; grandsons, Wyatt and Dustin; and sister, Mary (Ron) Kidd. 

In addition to his parents, Homer is predeceased by four brothers, Guston, Jasper, Ledford (Anna) and Dorris Langdon. The funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 23, 2018, at Indian Creek Baptist Church with Bro. Dwayne Orange officiating. Burial will follow in K.P. Hall Cemetery with military honors by the Casey County Honor Guard. Visitation is from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 22, 2018, at Indian Creek Baptist.
