South District Baptist Association meeting

The next South District Baptist Associational Widows/Widowers meal and meeting will be Sunday, April 8 at the Gethsemane Baptist Church Fellowship Hall, located at 123 Quisenberry Avenue in Danville. This is a Christ-centered ministry intended to provide support and fellowship to the widows and widowers in our community. Serving will begin at 12:30 p.m. Deborah Cooley of Gethsemane will provide the music and an informational and inspirational program will also be presented. Easter egg hunt

Join Centenary United Methodist Church, 1441 Perryville Road, for the annual Easter Egg Hunt from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 31. There will be games, crafts, a story, egg hunt and a photo opportunity with the Easter Bunny.

Easter Sunday sunrise service

The public is invited to bring a chair and join Centenary United Methodist Church, 1441 Perryville Road at 6:30 a.m. for the Easter sunrise service (April 1) by the crosses on the lawn. In case of rain, service will be held in our Chapel.
