Dear Editor, 

I would like to announce my support for Rita Douglas for jailer. During the months since she filed, I have seen how hard she is working on her campaign, how diligent she has been talking with citizens about their concerns and how she is constantly working to stay abreast of the issues surrounding the Boyle County Detention Center.

I have seen no other candidates working as hard and can only conclude that she will continue to work harder than any of her opponents will once she is elected to office. Her knowledge of the problems, her experience and her work ethic are the reasons I will be voting for Rita Douglas for jailer in the primary on May 22.
