Bradsfordsville Jamboree

Bradfordsville Jamboree will be held Friday, May 11 at the old Bradfordsville School gym. The doors will open at 5 p.m. for the meal. Music begins at 7 p.m. Admission is $10. Music by KY South Band with Phillip Clarkson and special guest will be Christy Miller. The meal includes spaghetti/meat sauce, tossed salad, garlic bread, dessert and drink for $8. Concessions will also be available with hot dogs, chili dogs, chips, popcorn, candy bars, etc. All food is sold separately.

Cool Cars Crushing Cancer Car Show

Cool Cars Crushing Cancer Car Show will be held Saturday, May 12 at First Southern Veterans Park in Stanford, from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. Registration is 10-11:30 a.m. $20 entry fee (make checks payable to American Cancer Society). Judging starts at 11:30 a.m. Trophy presentation will be from 2:30 to 3 p.m. Event also includes door prizes, 50/50 raffle, silent auction items, concessions, face painting and something new – Hot Wheels Timed Trials. Bring your fastest Hot Wheels car. $2 entry fee for each Hot Wheel and Timed Trial. Two divisions – youth and adults. Former UK basketball player, Cameron Mills will pick his favorite car or truck. He will present The Cameron Mills Top Choice Trophy to the winner. Event hosted by Sims Survivors Relay For Life Team. For more information, contact Mark Williams at (606) 669-1143.
