Dear Editor,

I admire Mrs. Roush for standing up for the faculty and staff at Centre College. I have had family members employed by Centre for over 45 years, with no such issues and not one complaint on them.

I do realize I am not around to hear comments that come from other people, but I agree that Centre should have been given the chance to handle this internally and privately.

Centre has had an exchange program for many years, well before many other colleges, and the city of Danville and its citizens have welcomed these students. Kudos to Mrs. Roush! Well said!
