Boyle County indictments

The following people were indicted by a Boyle County grand jury on May 10:

• Reagan Rooney-Flora, 31, 6035 Ashgrove Road, Nicholasville: theft by unlawful taking less than $500 by taking merchandise from Kroger. Bail was set at $2,000. Lisa Dollins with the Danville Police Department testified.

• Jonathan Sanders, 26, 650 Hogue Hollow Road, Junction City: possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $2,000. Aaron Sparks with the DPD testified.

• Ryan Sanders, 29, 30 Elk Creek, Taylorsville: possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of marijuana; driving a vehicle while license revoked or suspended. Bail was set at $10,000. Casey McCoy with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Brandie Young, 29, 7079 Ky. 639 South, Albany: possession of drug paraphernalia, scale; possession of marijuana. Bail was set at $2,000. Sparks testified.

• Daniel Biddle, 27, 265 Grinder Court, Nicholasville: first-degree fleeing or evading police in a vehicle; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, oxycodone; second-degree fleeing or evading police on foot; carrying a concealed deadly weapon; possession of drug paraphernalia, a spoon; driving on revoked or suspended license. Bail was set at $10,000. Paul Megilligan with the DPD testified. Second-degree escape, when he failed to return to the detention center as ordered by judge. Bail was set at $5,000. Philip Dean with the BCSO testified.

• Christopher Brothers, 45, 103 Ashford Drive: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia, scales. Bail was set at $10,000. Keith Addison with the BCSO testified.

• Jeffrey Clark, 23, 261 South Lucas St., Junction City: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, cocaine; possession of drug paraphernalia, scales; carrying a concealed deadly weapon. Bail was set at $5,000. Adam Wilson with the DPD testified.

• Cynthia Cox, 25, 293 Saylor Road, Crab Orchard: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, pipe. Bail was set at $5,000. Sparks testified.

• Jonathan Crawford, 25, 1434 Gose Pike: third-degree assault by shoving a deputy. Bail was set at $5,000. Dean testified.

• Christopher Curtsinger, 27, 159 Anderson Lane, Junction City: possession of a controlled substance, meth; public intoxication with a controlled substance. Bail was set at $5,000. Chris Wentz with the DPD testified.

• Timothy Dillingham, 27, 898 West Level Green Road, Brodhead: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.

• Rhonda Draper, 56, 35 Spice Ridge Road, Stanford: first-degree promoting contraband in the detention center; possession of drug paraphernalia, straw. Bail was set at $5,0000. Harold Thomas with the BCDC testified.

• Devonte Durias, 23, 2324 Thistledawn Drive, Louisville: first-degree promoting contraband in Northpoint Training Center; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, fentanyl. Bail was set at $10,000. Addison testified.

• William Gibson, 40, 247 Bonta lane: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, pipe; carrying a concealed deadly weapon. Bail was set at $5,000. Wilson testified.

• Isaiah Henry, 22, 813 East Main St.: first-degree fleeing or evading police in vehicle; tampering with physical evidence; trafficking marijuana between 8 ounces and 5 pounds; driving without liability insurance. Bail was set at $10,000. Hunter Hensley with Kentucky State Police testified.

• Heather King, 38, 102 Bushtown Road, Harrodsburg: second-degree escape when she failed to return to the BCDC as ordered by a judge. Bail was set at $5,000. Dean testified.

• Tory Larkins, 33, 3602 Waterford Club Drive, Lithia Springs, Georgia: two counts first-degree unlawful access to a computer in order to obtain money or property. Bail was set at $20,000. Sally Bustle with the DPD testified.

• Matthew Logan, 31, 3384 Lyon Drive, Lexington: possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; fist-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, scales; driving on a suspended or revoked license. Bail was set at $10,000. Sparks testified.

• Danielle Miller, 25, 1440 Deckard School Road, Rineyville: second-degree escape when she failed to return to the BCDC as ordered by a judge. Bail was set at $5,000. Dean testified.

• James Peavley, 38, 535 Norris Road, Hustonville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, pipe. Bail was set at $5,000. Sparks testified.

• Dalya Russell, 33, 355 North Fifth St.: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; two counts second-degree criminal abuse when she placed a children age 12 or young in a situation that may cause them physical injury; possession of drug paraphernalia, syringes. Bail was set at $10,000. Jacob Ruhe with the DPD testified.

• Brandon Schmiers, 33, 830 East Main St., Stanford: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, fentanyl; possession of drug paraphernalia, syringe. Bail was set at $5,000. McCoy testified.

• Shane Sinkhorn, 40, 199 McGill St., Hustonville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, syringe. Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.

• Chase Smith, 27, 215 Christopher Road, Nicholasville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, syringe. Bail was set at $5,000. Sparks testified.

• Alexis Stringer, 19, 205 Mitchell St.: second-degree escape when she failed to return to the BCDC as ordered by a judge. Bail was set at $5,000. Dean testified.

• Gerrica Williams, 28, 4600 Tipsy Circle, Louisville: identity theft for the purpose of avoiding detection. Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.

• Lucy Williams, 34, 1200 Hustonville Road: engaging in organized crime by being one of two or more people collaborating to commit thefts of retail merchandise to resell. Bail was set at $10,000. Donnie Moses with the BCSO testified.

• Ryan Williams, 41, 1200 Hustonville Road: engaging in organized crime by being one of two or more people collaborating to commit thefts of retail merchandise to resell; theft by deception less than $500 by obtaining $487.55 from Ace Hardware by falsely creating checks for payment; theft by deception less than $500 by obtaining $317.99 from Southern States by falsely creating checks for payment. Bail was set at $10,000. Moses testified.

• Brittany Woods, 24, 4405 Bellrad Drive, Louisville: third-degree burglary by entering Walmart; theft by unlawful taking between $500 and $10,000 by taking merchandise from Walmart. Bail was set at $5,000. Kevin Peel with the Danville Police Department testified.

• Jodie Woods, 34, 435 Hazlett Hollow Road, Stanford: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear in court for a final sentencing. Bail was set at $5,000. Kari Lamb testified.

• Clarrisa Yankey, 28, 1020 East Main St.: first-degree promoting contraband in the BCDC; possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, syringe. Bail was set at $5,000. Thomas testified.

• David Zeznanski, 32, 706 Holiday Drive: first-degree wanton endangerment with a vehicle; tampering with physical evidence; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, heroin; second-degree fleeing or evading police in vehicle; second-degree fleeing or evading police on foot; possession of drug paraphernalia, spoon;  driving on a revoked or suspended license. Bail was set at $10,000. McCoy testified.
