Drexel Eugene “Tooter” Cook, 66, of Lancaster, passed away Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center, Danville.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia Cook; daughter, Angela Chrissy Matthews; son, Raymond “RayRay” Cook Vance; sisters, Brenda Dillon (Jess), Sandy Loudermilk (John), and Georgetta Smith (Glen); brother, Rev. Jim Cook (Bobbie); and several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Visitation will be noon Saturday, June 2 with funeral at 2 p.m., Lancaster First Assembly with Pastor Wendell Johnson officiating. Burial to follow in the McKnight Cemetery.
