Gairing and Misbach wed

Jillian Lennox Gairing, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Lennox Gairing of St. Petersburg, Florida, and Mr. Colin Arthur Misbach, son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Joseph Misbach, of Louisville, Kentucky, were married on April 7, 2018 at the Presbyterian Church of Danville, Kentucky. The Rev. Amy Dafler Meaux officiated the wedding. The music was provided by organist Harry Mercer. Lesley Long Andrew, aunt of the bride, gave a blessing, and Jack Anthony Misbach, cousin of the groom, read the scripture. The reception followed at Warrenwood Manor.

The bride is the granddaughter of Mrs. Raymond Milton Long, Jr. and the late Mr. Long, and the late Mr. and Mrs. George Clark Gairing, all of St. Petersburg, Florida.

The groom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Donald William Moffett, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Chester Arthur Misbach, Sr., all of Louisville, Kentucky.

The maid of honor was Bronwyn Elizabeth Gairing, sister of the bride, of St. Petersburg, Florida. Bridesmaids were Katrina Marie Giroud of St. Petersburg, Florida; Blanch Hill Nicoll (in absentia) of Louisiana, Brenna Marie Keller of Fort Mitchell, Kentucky; Katherine Elise Misbach, sister of the groom, of Louisville, Kentucky; Lydia McCollum Thornton of Brunswick, Georgia; and Kristina Elizabeth Tucker of Danville, Kentucky. Paulina Reedy Young was the junior bridesmaid, and Camila Grace Young was the flower girl, both of Houston Texas.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore an ivory gown of confetti lace. She carried a  cascading bouquet of white roses, peonies, hydrangeas, ranunculi, stephanotis and sweet peas.

The best man  was  Alexander Moore Waldrop, Jr. of Durham, North Carolina. Groomsmen were Christopher David Distler of Louisville, Kentucky; Clark Monroe Gairing, brother of the bride, of St. Petersburg, Florida; Evan Alexander Kutzler of Americus, Georgia; Kiernan Thomas McCullough of Colorado Springs, Colorado; Brendan Arthur O’Bryan of Chicago, Illinois, and Justin Ray Roush of Bardstown, Kentucky. Charles Ryan Simms of Louisville, Kentucky, was the ring bearer. James Thomas Andrew, cousin of the bride, of Roswell, Georgia, and Benjamin Morris Kuroiwa, cousin of the bride, of Seattle, Washington, served as program attendants.

The bride is a graduate of Shorecrest Preparatory School, St. Petersburg, Florida, and Centre College, Danville, Kentucky. She is employed by Sullivan University College of Pharmacy as an Admission Services Coordinator. The bridegroom graduated from St. Xavier High School, Louisville, Kentucky, and Centre College, Danville, Kentucky. He is employed by Appriss, Inc. as a Systems Integration Analyst. 

After a honeymoon to Ireland, they will reside in Louisville, Kentucky.
